Job summary

TPC Wellness seeks a Mental Health Therapist to provide assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for individuals and families in Jackson. The role works under the Clinical Manager/Director to deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, progress documentation, and liaison with insurers. A license and valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for supervision and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker or counselor with a current and valid license (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized case plans in collaboration with individuals served.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions (supervision as applicable).
• Document progress and case notes clearly and timely.
• Monitor and track progress throughout treatment.
• Coordinate with staff, probation officers, and other professionals.
