Columbia Mental Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our team in the Virginia and Maryland region. You will provide outpatient therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, and support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance forms in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists to deliver holistic care.
