Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Dover, DE seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for adults and some adolescents. The role balances direct patient care (50–65%) with documentation and team collaboration, in a setting focused on high-quality care.

You will work with a team including psychiatrists and nurses, using CBT/DBT/ACT and trauma-informed approaches, while maintaining ethical, patient-centered care and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a mental health field (counseling, social work, MFT) required.
• Active licensure in Delaware (LCSW or LPCMH) required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical mental health experience.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups for emotional regulation and mental wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Support patients and families in understanding diagnoses and long-term recovery.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
