Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible by hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
