Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health seeks a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist for our Needville, Texas campus. The role focuses on OCD, eating disorders, and ASD with a 5–10 year experience range, delivering individual, family, and group therapy on-site.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, coaching families, and building skills for life after treatment. On-site requirements apply, with a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); however, candidates with associates or provisional licenses will also be considered.
• Experience with OCD, substance attachment, and eating disorders is strongly preferred; experience with higher-acuity mental health populations is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with families throughout treatment.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practices; DBT certification not required but familiarity or training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team via weekly 1:1s, supervision, and treatment team meetings.
• Plan, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with client-centered care.
• Conduct family, group, and individual therapy sessions to drive therapeutic progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support to families with regular communication.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure adherence to treatment standards and discharge planning.
