Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, Elevate Mental Health in Mesa, AZ, seeks a licensed mental health therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide evidence-based care in person or via telehealth, serving individuals, couples and families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain EMR, and participate in supervision to ensure high-quality client care.

Requires a Master's in psychology or social work and an active AZ license; bilingual Spanish preferred; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted AZ license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC).
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families; Spanish ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide evidence-based treatment (CBT/DBT) for various conditions.
• Track treatment response and changes in symptoms.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
