Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state-recognized mental health license
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services
• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
