Lynnway Counseling is seeking compassionate mental health therapists to join our Clinton, Iowa practice. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling and a strong commission-based compensation structure designed to reward clinical impact.

Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced clinician, you will work in a supportive, autonomy-valuing environment with administrative support and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related clinical field.
• Current Iowa clinical license or temporary license (LMSW, tLMHC, LISW, LMHC, as applicable).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling based on clinical qualifications and areas of expertise.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with other providers to support continuity of care.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per licensing requirements.
• Participate in supervision and consultation as appropriate.
• Establish therapeutic relationships that promote trust and growth.
