Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a licensed mental health therapist for onsite care in post-acute and long-term care settings in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Remote documentation is available.

This is a full-time W2 role with five days weekly, starting at $78,997 annual compensation, Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. The therapist will help older adults navigate life’s challenges while enjoying clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and administrative support.

Competenze

• Active Tennessee license eligible for independent practice and billing.
• At least 1 year of psychotherapy experience.
• Older adult or post-acute care experience preferred.
• LCSWs are not eligible for this opening.

Mansioni

• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Cover Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle, and Pittsburg.
