Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee LPC/MHSP or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• At least one year of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience with older adults or post acute care preferred.
• LCSWs are not eligible for this opening.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and adjustment concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Cover facilities across Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle and Pittsburg.
