Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network in New Mexico. You will deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care.

The role supports clinicians with administrative and scheduling assistance, offering opportunities to work with well-matched clients in Albuquerque, Carlsbad, Farmington, Hobbs, and Los Lunas.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person delivery.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in the New Mexico area.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

• Collaborate with Lyra’s provider network to ensure quality care and timely access.
• Manage scheduling and client coordination to support efficient care delivery.
