Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an independently licensed clinical therapist to join our provider network in California. Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families in-person or virtually as part of a supportive care team.

You will have access to administrative and marketing support, rapid invoicing, and clinical consultations while maintaining a strong patient-first approach in a private or group practice setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families (prefer in-person).
• Must have office space to see clients in California.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Lyra clients in California.
• Coordinate with Lyra clinical consultations and support teams.
• Conduct assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Document sessions and manage confidential records in the Lyra platform.
