Geode Health in Prosper, TX is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. You will help clients set goals, gain insights, and deliver personalized associated care alongside a collaborative team.

You will join an integrated care team and participate in outcome-driven care with a hybrid schedule—onsite three days and telehealth two days—supporting patients with accessible, evidence-based services.

Formación

• Active Texas license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) required.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and up-to-date patient records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with integrated care team and crisis intervention when needed.
