Qualifications

• Active Ohio license in the listed categories.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated clinical experience.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Comfort with modern EHR systems and digital workflows.
• Ability to work with Medicaid and commercial populations; accessible care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and families.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and co-create treatment plans within Ohio license and scope.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative case consultations.
• Coordinate internal referrals and integrated care within the SOS team.
