Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists. The role offers a collaborative environment with a clinical team to support growth and licensure, plus supervision opportunities to advance your career.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligible for licensure by hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
