Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide mental health services to our adolescent and young adult clients in an in-office setting in Austin, Texas.
Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2 with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, CEUs, and licensing support.
Qualificações
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
- Licensed or pre-licensed clinicians welcomed to apply.
- Experience with youth/young adults is highly preferred.

- Full-Time Salary: (base + bonus) $70,000-$80,000
- Part-Time Rate: $55-$65/hour

- Client Relationships: With a maximum of 8 clients in a group, we allow you the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and do in depth work to create sustainable healing.

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide mental health services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults. Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.
- Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
