Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Rome, GA is seeking a licensed therapist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, a 24/7 community-based program delivering comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services with a multidisciplinary approach.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as per the State of Georgia (LPC, LCSW or LMFT).
• Consideration will be given to LMSW, LAPC or LAMFT.

Responsabilités

• Participates in developing, managing, and maintaining a collaborative and cooperative service environment in the community at large.
• Provides all clinical services to individuals/families enrolled in the ACT Team.
• Utilizes a variety of treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, CT-R, trauma work, harm reduction, etc.).
• Responds to crisis situations and intervenes as needed.
• Maintains and updates treatment plans, insurance authorizations, assessments, and other documentation.
