About the Role

Foresight is an outpatient mental health provider offering virtual and in-person therapy across California. We are hiring therapists in the Long Beach area for remote and hybrid roles at our modern office near Aquarium of the Pacific. Our facilities support both in-person and telehealth sessions, providing a welcoming environment for clients and providers alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete electronic documentation within 72 hours
• Manage caseload, maintain schedules, and ensure attendance

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-on bonus of $3,500 for full-time roles, paid over 9 months.

• Full-time salary: $70,000–$110,000/year based on caseload
• Part-time clinicians (10-24 clients/week): hourly rate of $50
• Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, and life insurance

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), or Psychologists licensed in California
• Must reside in California for hybrid roles; not opted out of Medicare
