Job summary

Grow Therapy partners with independent mental health clinicians to build a sustainable, supported practice. The platform provides credentialing, billing, EHR, scheduling, telehealth, and compliance tools, plus dedicated provider success teams and payor navigation.

Locally, you’re independently licensed in Rhode Island and can work in-person, via telehealth, or in hybrid formats while earning compensation through insurance and private-pay arrangements.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health clinician.
• RI licensure required for practice.
• Experience with private pay or insured clients is a plus.
