Grow Therapy is seeking licensed therapists to deepen clinical impact while building a sustainable, supported private practice. This partner model offers tools, peer support, and operational help for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and compliance.

Therapists can work in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format, with compensation up to $81/hour for insured clients and $100/hour for psychologists. Rhode Island license required.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist with a Rhode Island license.
• Independent practice setup and capability to work with diverse populations.
• Comfort with in-person, telehealth, or hybrid service delivery.

Responsibilities
