Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking fully licensed therapists who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a practice that feels sustainable, supported, and connected. You’re independently licensed in Massachusetts and can serve diverse populations through in-person, telehealth, or hybrid sessions.

Compensation up to $95/hour for therapists and $100/hour for psychologists, with weekly direct deposit and no fees or minimum visit requirements.
