Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists for outpatient work in-person or hybrid. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track (MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP).
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes; strong boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet weekly billable targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:

• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: We offer two pay options to meet your professional and financial goals! We have an option with a predictable base pay and another with flexible earning potential.

Rate Based Pay Model:

• Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000

Commission Based Pay Model:

• L icensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000

* Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.

* Employees in these positions are W 2.
