Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Dual School Based Therapist and Mental Health Therapist in Moorhead, MN. The position splits time between Moorhead High School, Moorhead Alternative Learning Center, and outpatient services, with in-person work as a 1.0 FTE role.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral science, MN licensure or licensure track, and experience with children/adolescents. Comp benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure or on licensure track for MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with stable boundaries.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and adolescents (internship/practicum counted).
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• School Based Therapist Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Coordinate services with families, school staff, and other personnel; attend school and IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff; participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

School Based Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:
  • MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and adolescents, which may include internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation:

We offer pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!

Rate Based Pay Model

• Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000
• Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 – 55,000
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
