Ellie Mental Health is seeking Maryland-licensed clinicians to join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in Columbia, MD. You will provide high-quality mental health care with flexible scheduling and supportive professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active Maryland license permitting independent clinical practice.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
• Strong ethical standards and dedication to professional growth.
• Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply.

About The Role

Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in Columbia, MD, and support our continued growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking full-time Maryland-licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C, or Psychologist) who thrive in collaborative environments, value diversity, and are committed to providing high-quality mental health care.
