Job summary

Thrive Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. The candidate must work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed.

This position starts per-diem and is expected to convert to full-time salaried position based on program growth. Responsibilities include assessing clients, developing psychosocial assessments and treatment plans, providing individual, caregiver and group therapy, supervising Mental Health Workers,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or related field.
• Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of experience providing mental health treatment.
• Background checks including state and federal clearances.
• NPI and current driver’s license required.
• CBH mandatory in-services participation.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.
• Provide supervision to Mental Health Workers (MHW).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• All other duties as assigned
