Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join the Miami Correctional Facility team in Bunker Hill, Indiana. The role provides mental health case management, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy within a correctional setting.

Candidates hold a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, possess an active Indiana license (LMHC/LMHC-A/LCSW/LSW/LMFT), and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT)
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team.
