Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join the Miami Correctional Facility team in Bunker Hill, IN. You will provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and case management for incarcerated patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and an active Indiana license (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT), with at least two years of direct care experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana mental health license (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT) required.
• Tuberculosis documentation and CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Background check and agency security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop treatment plans and deliver individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Miami Correctional Facility located in Bunker Hill, Indiana.

The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

Qualifications
