Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional for the Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. The role includes case management, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and delivering individual and group therapy in a correctional setting.

Qualified applicants hold a Master’s degree in a related field and an active Indiana license (LMHC/LMHC-A/LCSW/LSW/LMFT). Ohio background checks apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT) is required.
• Must show TB documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services in a correctional setting.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
