Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to work at Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, IN. Earn a $15,000 sign-on bonus for joining our team full-time, with salary between $56,500 and $72,000 per year depending on license and experience.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a related field, Indiana licensure, and CPR certification, with preferred two years of direct mental health care experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A)
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting.
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Conduct intake and assessments; crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy as part of care plan.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join our team at Pendleton Correctional Facility located in Pendlton, Indiana.

Salary range $56,500-$72,000/year, depending on license and years of experience!

NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k available at designated locations!

The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
