Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, IN to provide mental health case management and therapy within a multidisciplinary team. This role supports inmates with crisis intervention, intake assessments, and treatment planning.

Requires a Master’s degree and active Indiana licensure (LSW/LCSW/LMH C/LMHC-A) with at least two years of direct care experience.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Active Indiana license (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

• Provide mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care.
