Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and thorough documentation. Candidates should have an MS in a human services field and LPC/LCSW licensure, with required clearances and transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services related field.
• LPC or LCSW fully licensed.
• Experience with chronically mentally ill adults preferred.
• Must have valid state and federal clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy per treatment plan.
• Develop, write, implement, and revise treatment plans with the Treatment Team.
• Monitor client records; ensure charts are up-to-date and complete.
• Ensure timely and quality of treatment plans and progress notes.
