Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional for the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. The role includes intake assessments, crisis intervention and treatment planning for inmates, with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.

Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule (7:30am–4:00pm) with on-call rotation and a $15,000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two years' direct care experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass background check and obtain security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in a correctional setting, including intake, assessments, crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate care.
