Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional at Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green, MO to provide comprehensive mental health care in a correctional setting.

The role includes intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering individual and group therapy; requires a Master's degree and Missouri licensure.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
• Active mental health professional license Missouri: P-LPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT required
• Must show current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments
• Deliver crisis intervention and treatment planning
• Consult with a multi-disciplinary team and provide individual and group therapy
