Job description

InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time, licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents.

Intermediate practitioners are welcome to apply, but independently licensed practitioners are preferred.

This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position. Must be available for all in-person or remote clinical supervision or consultation.

NOTE: This is a HYBRID position — some sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid-19 through 2025, pursuant to current COMAR regulations. Applicants MUST have transportation and be able and willing to provide face-to-face sessions in the home, office, or community if needed.

We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. We handle all insurance credentialing and billing. You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends), see your clients, and generate notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync).

Your Responsibilities

1. Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
3. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
4. Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities.
5. Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
6. Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner.
7. Uphold the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
8. Adhere strictly to COMAR and CARF standards in practice and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology.
2. Active license to practice independently in Maryland as a LSCW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or psychologist.
3. Active intermediate license in Maryland as LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT.
4. Provide a PDF of Maryland CAQH profile/application.
5. Active malpractice insurance.
6. Active First Aid and CPR certifications.
7. Pass criminal and child protective services background checks.
8. Possess an active Maryland driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
