InnerSourced Solutions is seeking a part-time licensed therapist for individual and family therapy in Maryland. InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time, licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents.
Intermediate practitioners are welcome to apply, but independently licensed practitioners are preferred.
This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position. Must be available for all in-person or remote clinical supervision or consultation.
NOTE: This is a HYBRID position — some sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid-19 through 2025, pursuant to current COMAR regulations. Applicants MUST have transportation and be able and willing to provide face-to-face sessions in the home, office, or community if needed.
We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. We handle all insurance credentialing and billing. You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends), see your clients, and generate notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync).
Compensation is negotiable based on relevant paid experience diagnosing and treating mental illness.
