The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking professionals to help deliver major transformational changes in home-based rehabilitation services. This includes the design and implementation of a new Enhanced Rehabilitation Service, which provides hospital-like rehabilitation in a home-based environment seven days a week.
As a key member of the team, you will be committed to collaborative working, delivering high-quality interventions, and adopting a person-centered approach. This is a new service offering opportunities to develop skills in rehabilitation across various medical conditions, problem-solving, quality improvement, and team building.
