Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LPC) for travel assignments in Las Vegas, NM. The practitioner will deliver individual and group therapy across age groups within healthcare facilities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

The role requires licensure as an LPC or Mental Health Practitioner in the state, CPR if applicable, and compliance with health/safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in the state practicing required
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/LicensedProfessional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services in avariety of settings across the age span and works collaboratively as part of amultidisciplinary team. The LicensedMental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor administers anassortment of assessment tools and develop programming as needed to assist inthe treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
