Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mental health facility experience.
• Strong documentation and HIPAA-compliant charting.
• Proficient in DSM criteria and intake assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent and process documentation via patient portal.
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical diagnoses.
• Complete biopsychosocial and related notes within 24 hours.
• Link clients to appropriate therapy and services.
• Perform crisis intervention and assess risk levels.
• Attend supervision and weekly clinical meetings.
• Maintain compliance with policies and HIPAA.
