Qualifications

• Fully licensed LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW in Texas.
• Experience in mental health counseling or related field.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
• Providing prevention-oriented therapy.
• Implementing and reviewing treatment plans.
• Collaborating with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a caseload and keeping accurate session notes.
• Attending staff meetings.
