Location: Waukee, Iowa

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are seeking an Iowa-licensed LMHC to provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients while enjoying full administrative support, autonomy over your schedule, and a collaborative virtual team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals (and optionally, couples or groups)
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in an EHR system
• Offer trauma-informed, culturally competent, and client-centered care
• Participate in optional peer consultation and training sessions

• Active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (Required)
• 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• A passion for empowering clients and promoting mental wellness
