Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing therapy in an outpatient office model. You will collaborate with an experienced team of mental health professionals, participating in regular consultations and case reviews to deliver high-quality care. The position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent routine that supports both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs to implement personalized treatment strategies.
• Develop and regularly update treatment plans based on client progress, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and up to date.
• Manage a consistent caseload, effectively balancing client appointments while maintaining quality and accountability in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
