Job summary

Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to help patients and families understand illness and navigate emotions. You will work with CHC clinicians to address social, financial, and psychological challenges and provide counseling on decisions and care options.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, Florida LMHC licensure, and BLS within 30 days; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Experience in ambulatory health centers is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Florida LMHC licensure required or in process.
• Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days.
• Ambulatory health center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
