Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in clinical mental health or related field CACREP-accredited.
Full, current and unrestricted license to independently practice counseling.
Experience or potential to perform intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Engage in intake, assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
Provide individual/group/family counseling services with diverse clients.
Collaborate on an interdisciplinary care plan and maintain clinical documentation.
Utilize telehealth and relevant software for service delivery.
