Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge approach to mental health treatment in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health assessments to determine treatment needs and goals.
• Provide individual and couples counseling and therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, TMS technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient sessions and progress in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.
• Educate patients and families about TMS therapy and Spravato and their roles in mental health treatment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and clinical improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active LMHC license in Indiana.
• Experience in providing individual therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about TMS therapy and other innovative mental health treatments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with depression, anxiety, or treatment-resistant conditions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, or MST.
