American Valor Staffing seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional (PRN) to provide behavioral health screening and individual/group interventions for detainees in Northern Minnesota facilities. The role supports custody and medical staff, coordinates care, and documents referrals to aid continuous quality improvement.

Master's in Behavioral/Social Science is required with current licensure preferred; CPR certification must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral/Social Science (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
• Current licensure with clinical specialty from the appropriate state board preferred.
• CPR certification must be obtained prior to hire and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, provide behavioral health screening of detainees referred by facility staff.
• Under supervision, provide individual and/or group psychoeducation and skills-based interventions.
• Assist custody and medical staff in monitoring behavioral health for referred detainees.
• Coordinate with custody and medical staff for treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation and maintain records for referrals and CQI.
