Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness.
• Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries with confidential records.
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals to plan member treatment.
• May supervise licensed professionals and post-master's fellows as needed.
• Participates in on-call rotation as required.
