Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention for adult and/or child members. You will collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists and allied health professionals to plan and direct each member's treatment program.

You will deliver outpatient psychotherapy, coordinate care, and maintain confidential records while participating in a multidisciplinary clinic environment with a strong commitment

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work or related field with clinical track.
• California licenses in social work, marriage/family therapy or professional counseling.
• Knowledge of DSM-V and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinic and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness.
• Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Prepares treatment plans and confidential records per regulations.
• Collaborates with physicians and other clinicians to plan treatments and crisis interventions.
• Possibly supervise licensed and trainee clinicians as needed.
