Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+), including group sessions and psychoeducation, with coordination across the clinical team.

In this role you will plan treatment, document progress in the EMR, and participate in webinars and workshops. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) in Michigan, with pay range $40,000–$58,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed mental health clinician (LPC/LPCC/LISW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PsyD/PhD) with independent licensure within 2 years if in process.
• BLS Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience operating as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD; experience with behavioral interventions and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12+.
• Lead support groups and psychoeducation sessions.
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops.
• Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR.
