Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide patient-centered psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older. The role includes leading support groups, delivering psychoeducational webinars, and collaborating with medical teams for integrated care.

Requirements include a Master’s level degree and licensure within 2 years if in process, plus BLS certification. Prior experience with evidence-based treatments and case management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed mental health clinician including psychologists, counselors, social workers, LMFT/LMHC, etc.
• Must be licensed within 2 years of hire if in process of independent licensure.
• BLS certification or be certified upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment).
• Preferred 2+ years as an independently licensed clinician.
• Preferred experience with evidence‑based treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD.
• Preferred experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident management and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12+.
• Lead support groups and psychoeducation groups as appropriate.
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care.
