Omega Senior Living in Seward, NE is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications as ordered by physicians and to provide direct resident care under supervision.

You will maintain accurate documentation, monitor resident responses, follow infection control policies, and support self-administration when appropriate. A state-approved CMA training and a high school diploma are required, with preference for 1 year in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed CMA having completed state-approved training and any required examinations.
• Prefer 1 year of CMA experience in AL or SNU.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications as ordered by the physician under supervision and in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Provides direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment in the community and follows infection control procedures.
• Documents daily in resident records as required by state regulations and reports changes to supervisor.
• Supports resident self-administration of medications per facility policy.
