Skincare Lounge in Center City is seeking an Advanced Licensed Esthetician to transform clients' confidence through expert skincare and personalized treatments.

You will perform advanced facials, waxing including Brazilian, and create long-term plans while educating clients on home care; join a supportive, high-energy team committed to growth and exceptional service.

About the Role

As an Advanced Licensed Esthetician at Skincare Lounge, you won’t just perform services, you’ll help clients transform how they feel about themselves. You’ll create experiences that help people glow from the inside out and leave them feeling confident, cared for, and excited to come back. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality facial and skincare treatments, including advanced services such as microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, and dermaplaning
• Set long-term client treatment plans and discuss our membership program to boost client retention
• Provide professional waxing services, including Brazilian waxing
• Show up on time, prepared, and fully present (our clients can feel the difference)
• Build genuine relationships with clients that keep them coming back and referring their friends
• Educate clients on home care and products plans to support their long-term skin goals
• Recommend retail products and additional services to help clients maintain results between visits
• Keep your treatment room beautiful and spotless, and help with spa tasks (like laundry) to keep things running smoothly
